ABOUT ABOUT

Instructor: Matthew Molyneux
Experience Level: Beginner
5 Weeks / Saturdays, 10:00am-1:00pm

Participants in this entry-level course will learn the foundational concepts of craft beer brewing following the all-grain, Brew in a Bag (BiaB), method. The BiaB approach enables kitchen brewing while maintaining the character and taste complexity of all-grain brewing in an efficient small-footprint format. Students participate in the hands-on steps of the entire brewing process from preparation of materials, Brew day, fermentation, racking/bottling and drinking great beer. This class will provide students with the guidance and experience to continue on their own path in home brewing and have a six-pack of beer they made to enjoy with family and friends.
